Waves, Long Beach, Washington State, Pacific Ocean
Waves, Long Beach, Washington State, Pacific Ocean.
Taken in January during my trip from Portland to the coast.
I don't remember what the temp was on the beach, maybe 50s,
but it was -15 in Iowa that day.

Peas Creek, Ledges State Park, Boone, Iowa.
The toe of the cliff has been scoured away by
years and years of stones being washed along.
Was there in August 2009 for Labor Day.

Welcome to the stagnation point. All things related to my career in hydraulics and water resources engineering, professional development, consulting, and maybe a few gems regarding the iowa hawkeyes.
